First: Order Policy

  1. Order Confirmation:
    Once an order is placed through our website, you will receive a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp, including product details, invoice amount, and estimated delivery time.
  2. Product Availability:
    All orders are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, the customer will be notified immediately and offered an alternative product or a full refund.
  3. Payment:
    Payment can be made upon delivery or in advance, based on prior agreement (bank transfer, Mada, or electronic payment gateways where available).

Second: Shipping & Delivery Policy

  1. Delivery Time:
    We ship within 1–5 business days inside Saudi Arabia, depending on the region.
    Larger project orders may require longer preparation times and are coordinated directly with the customer.
  2. Shipping Partners:
    We use trusted and certified delivery partners to ensure product safety and fast delivery.
  3. Shipping Fees:
    Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and delivery location. Some promotional offers may include free shipping.

Third: Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Return Period:
    Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product, provided that:
  • The item is unused
  • It is in its original condition
  • It is returned with the original invoice and packaging
  1. Non-returnable Items:
  • Software after activation
  • Custom-made products
  • Equipment that has been used or installed
  1. Return Shipping Fees:
    Customers may bear the return shipping cost if the return is not due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error.

Fourth: Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5–10 business days after product inspection.
  • In the case of a technical defect or delivery error, Logic Parts will bear all associated costs.
